Appointments
We perform inspections every day, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Most appointments for the inspection can be scheduled within 24 hours of your call.
Inspection Process
- We will prepare a Building Analysis Report during the inspection. This report was developed by HomeTech America and is the standard report of the industry.
- We will evaluate the current condition of the property, identifying areas that may need attention.
- We recommend that the home buyer(s) accompany the inspector during the inspection of the property.
- Questions about the inspection, defects, or problems are encouraged. The inspector will also provide information about care and maintenance of the property.
Other Services
- Radon testing can be done with the inspection, if requested, for an additional fee.
- Accommodations can be made to have a Termite Inspection done at the same time as the inspection. There is a separate charge for this service.
- An estimate for the cost of repairs can be provided, at no additional cost.
- We are always available to answer questions after the inspection has been completed. These questions are not limited to the inspection itself. This service is provided free of charge.
